ABOUT THE ACTIVITY: Animal Flow develops strength, mobility, and flow. It is designed to improve power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination, and is suitable for all fitness levels. Suitable for all levels.

GROUP BOOKINGS: This activity is available as a group booking only between 4 and 10 people maxiumum. Mavericks Training Centre in Crans-Montana.
