At MAVERICKS Crans-Montana, we offer immersive indoor and outdoor workshops with Jessica Christensen and Stefano Tirelli. Global Coaching
Professor Stefano Tirelli is a distinguished professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, specializing in sports sciences and neuroscience. With a Master's in Sports Psychology and Neuroscience, he has been a pioneer in the field of complementary sports techniques since 2007.
His global coaching method combines physical strengthening, energetic balancing, and mindfulness training, offering a holistic approach to personal development and performance optimization. Professor Tirelli brings over 35 years of international coaching experience, making him a leading authority in the intersection of sports, neuroscience, and mindfulness.
